Ms. Baker has over 10 years of environmental law experience and currently represents property owners and clients in various industries including foundry operations, machining, scrap yards, and dry cleaning.  She has substantial experience helping clients navigate the federal and state administrative agency processes, providing successful representation for both plaintiffs and defendants in administrative hearings and reviews and in complex litigation matters in federal and state courts.   Ms. Baker’s environmental litigation experience includes handling and managing administrative hearings from beginning through conclusion, as well as conducting all forms of discovery and preparing evidentiary and substantive pre-trial motions for matters in state and federal court.  Ms. Baker has also been successful in obtaining insurance defense for several of her clients.
