Ms. Hodson has been involved in PCB contaminated sediment matters, air pollution matters, and contaminated groundwater matters. Ms. Hodson’s environmental litigation experience includes the preparation of pre-trial motions, conducting discovery, deposing fact witnesses, and the preparation of expert witnesses for deposition and trial testimony.
Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein and Nelson PC, Ms. Hodson worked as a law clerk at a non-profit natural resources law firm, and as a legal intern at the California Coastal Commission.

Ms. Hosdon's education in Freshwater Ecology at Hampshire College provides a strong science foundation for her work in a wide variety of environmental matters.
