Narrative:	Allison McAdam joined Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC in 2003 and presently litigates matters in the Environmental Risks and Insurance

Coverage and Bad Faith practice areas. Ms. McAdam has represented numerous clients on environmental contamination and insurance coverage matters, including representation of multiple dry cleaning property owners facing potential liability for volatile organic compounds. Ms. McAdam also has represented owners of properties used for foundry, pyrotechnic and refining operations and has experience litigating liability for many chemicals of concern, including petroleum hydrocarbons, perchlorate, PCBs and lead. She has worked closely with environmental consultants, state and local regulatory agencies and insurers to facilitate investigation and cleanup of impacted properties.

In addition, Ms. Mcadam acts as coverage counsel and successfully has obtained insurance defense and coverage for a number of clients facing potential underlying environmental liability.

Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC, Ms. McAdam worked as an intern with the San Francisco Office of the City Attorney, as part of the litigation group.
