Ms. Montoya’s involvement includes initial client interviews and continues through resolution, including arbitration or trial preparation. Ms. Montoya is skilled in every aspect of case management including assisting attorneys in discovery and trial preparation. She is knowledgeable regarding litigation procedures and federal and state court rules.

Ms. Montoya has been a legal assistant for over 15 years. Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson, she worked on CEQA matters, complex business litigation matters, and as a case manager in mass asbestos litigation cases.
