| David Solinger is Of Counsel to Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC. Mr. Solinger practices in the Environmental Litigation and Regulatory Actions practices area.
Mr. Solinger began his association with Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC in 1997 in a co-counsel capacity while at the same time maintaining an independent law practice. Mr. Solinger is involved in mass toxic tort and groundwater contamination cases as well as federal environmental cost recovery claims. Mr. Solinger represents clients in both state and federal courts as well as in the California Supreme Court. Mr. Solinger has been recognized as a 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010 Southern California Super Lawyer for Environmental Law and Environmental Litigation.
Mr. Solinger brings to the firm over 33 years of experience as a litigator. In addition to his experience in environmental matters, Mr. Solinger has been extensively involved with issues related to real property and land use matters, including Conditional Use Permit matters, sub-division law, variances, zone changes, and representation at governmental hearings including Planning Commissions, City Councils, and Board of Supervisors.
In addition to his work as a litigator, Mr. Solinger served for over 9 years as member of the City of West Covina Planning Commission, and has served as a Los Angeles County Superior Court Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tem in the Los Angeles County Court system. He has also acted as a privately retained mediator in insurance bad faith litigation cases. |
