Narrative:	Brian Zagon currently represents clients in the environmental risks and insurance coverage practice areas. He handles environmental litigation and agency proceedings, matters related to environmental and other insurance coverage, and bad faith litigation on behalf of policyholders. Mr. Zagon manages each matter to maximize the potential recovery of policy benefits for clients and has successfully obtained defense and indemnity for clients in numerous matters where other law firms were unsuccessful. Mr. Zagon has been selected by his peers as one of Northern California Super Lawyers in Environmental Litigation in 2008, 2009, and 2010. Mr. Zagon also represents clients in securities arbitration proceedings. He handles disputes with stockbrokers, brokerage firms and investment advisors, including misrepresentation, unauthorized trading, suitability, breach of fiduciary duty, and other issues. His work has resulted in millions of dollars in recoveries for Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC clients, including a $3.9 million arbitration award for an investor client against one of the largest national brokerage houses. Prior to joining Hunsucker Goodstein & Nelson PC in 1998, Mr. Zagon represented numerous major brokerage houses as a partner at a national law firm.
